Data protection policy and data processing

Data collection and processing
HANNOTIN AVOCATS takes care to collect and process only the data that are strictly necessary given the Firm’s needs with respect to case-file management and follow-up, general management, and accounting, as well to send information to its clients and contacts. In addition, in light of HANNOTIN AVOCATS’ legitimate interest and in particular its economic interest, the Firm also collects and processes personal data in connection with marketing and promotional activities.
Such data are collected from the following sources: client files, registration for events hosted by the Firm, replies to the Firm’s customer satisfaction surveys, social media, and business cards.
The processing carried out by the Firm serves an explicit, legitimate, and defined purpose of which the Data Protection Officer has been informed.
Data recipients
HANNOTIN AVOCATS transmits personal data only to clearly identified recipients within the Firm.
The data collected by the Firm are hosted in the European Union and are not transferred outside the European Union.
